No platform fees on your donors or sponsors, and no tip prompts. Stripe’s standard card processing fees apply and are paid to Stripe.
FAQ
Questions organizers ask
Do you take a cut of our donations or sponsorships?
No. There are no platform fees on your donors or sponsors, and we never add a tip prompt at checkout. Payments go straight to your organization’s Stripe account. Stripe charges its standard card processing fee, the same as any card payment.
Do sponsors or golfers need to create an account?
No. They pick what they want, pay, and get a confirmation email with a private link to manage their order: add golfer names, upload a logo, or send teammates their own link.
How long does it take to launch?
We aim to have your event site live within a week of signing. Most of that time is you reviewing what we built.
We already have a website. Can we still use Golform?
Yes. Link to your Golform event site from your website, or give it its own address like golf.yourcharity.org.
Our committee isn’t very technical. Is that a problem?
That’s who we built it for. We set everything up for you, and the control room answers the questions your committee actually asks: how much is in, who hasn’t paid, and what’s missing.
What about scoring and leaderboards?
Most fundraisers don’t need live scoring, so we leave it off. If your event wants a leaderboard, tell us on the walkthrough.
